The Spellbound Express is part of the events programme at the Kent & East Sussex Railway, running out of Tenterden Town Station. It is a Halloween steam trip for little witches and wizards, billed as a Skelebration with no scares - just spells and smiles.
What to expect:
- Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026; three departures each day at 09:45, 11:10 and 13:30
- "This experience, lasting approximately one hour, includes all of the above activities and return steam train travel from Tenterden to Northiam Station"
- "Mix potions and practise spells with Wendy The Wicked Witch at her bubbling Potions Cart"
- Merlin the Magician on board, and a friendly Baby Dragon for photographs
- "Every child receives a magical activity pack to complete on board" and a certificate as an official Junior Spellcaster
