About this event
The Strange Science of Jekyll & Hyde is the Halloween half-term event at Milestones Museum in Basingstoke. “Four ambitious scientists. One mysterious benefactor. A science fair where things are not quite what they seem... and YOU are the judges.”
What to expect:
- Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, from 10:00am
- “A Halloween science adventure for ages 5 to 12. Spooky, not scary. Under 5s go free.”
- “Collect your Scorecard. Every family gets one when they arrive. You’re now official judges.”
- “Explore at your own pace. There’s no set route.”
- “Spectacular demonstrations take place on the bandstand every 90 minutes.”
- Four scientists to meet: a body lab, a potions and poisons emporium, a microscopic world and invisible forces
- “The apothecary, the rat catcher and the town medium all have their own opinions”
- “Already have a valid Milestones ticket? Your entry is included.” All tickets include free return visits for 12 months
