About this event
Time Odyssey is part of the programme at Great North Museum: Hancock in Newcastle. Created by Art Explora and the British Museum, it sends families on a tablet-based quest with augmented reality to help four characters lost in time find their way home.
What to expect:
- Thursday 29 October (half term)
- Collection slots from 10.15am to 12.15pm; tablets back by 2.30pm
- One tablet for every 2-3 children, plus one for an adult
- Children younger than 8 will probably need some support with the reading
- A small prize when you hand the tablet back
- Free, but booking is essential
