About this event
Tiny Giant Puppet Workshop is part of the programme at Stonebridge City Farm in Nottingham. Tiny Giants is "a playful, hands-on puppetry workshop for children aged 5–11 that brings everyday, overlooked materials to life through imagination, making and storytelling."
What to expect:
- Wednesday 28 October, 10:30am to 12:30pm
- For children aged 5 to 11
- Children build their own puppet step by step from found materials such as newspaper, tin foil, scraps of plastic and old (clean!) socks
- Everyone then brings the puppets to life through drama games and storytelling, and the group devises a short performance
- "Each child leaves with their own handmade puppet and plenty of new ideas to take home."
- Tickets are booked through the farm's online shop
