About this event
Try Park Golf is listed under Welcome to Fife's Family programme and runs at Dunnikier Park Community Golf in Kirkcaldy, home to Scotland's first Park Golf course. Originating in Japan, Park Golf is a simpler version of golf that is easy to learn and great fun from your very first shot — played with one club, one ball and simple rules.
What to expect:
- Open Monday to Sunday until Saturday 31 October 2026, Park Golf 10.00am-5.00pm
- A round takes around an hour; no experience is needed and all equipment is provided
- No booking for individuals and small groups — call into the Pro Shop, collect your club and ball and play; larger groups and parties should book ahead
- The operator's own offer: 'Great Value Family Offer £5 per adult Up to 3 children play FREE with every paying adult'
- 'children can enjoy a meal from our children's menu for just £1 with every adult main course purchased' in the clubhouse
- Free on-site parking, plus Dunnikier Park itself for a stroll afterwards
