Winnie-the-Pooh Storytime - Crowborough Library

Forest Row Library 10 to 10.45am Crowborough Library 11.30 to 12.15pm Celebrate 100 years of our favourite hunny-loving bear, Winnie-the-Pooh! Originally published in October 1926, Pooh Bear and his friends have been cherished childhood companions for generation after generation. Re-visit the enchanting story that started it all with a live reading from the very first book, join in with fun, themed activities and even meet Winnie-the-Pooh himself! This is sure to be a storytime to remember. Winnie-the-Pooh has a special connection to East Sussex. 100 Acre Wood - where Pooh, Christopher Robin and all their friends share their adventures - is based on our very own Ashdown Forest, where author A. A. Milne owned a property. This event is free and you do not need to be a library member to take part.
