Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the Creator Network is free.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No. There is no minimum. If you share family days out anywhere in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
Can I share content I’ve already created?
Yes. Reels, photos and stories you’ve already posted are very welcome, as well as new ones.
Where will my content be featured?
On the KiddyCompass page for the place or event, on your own creator page, and, for selected content, on our social channels. Always with credit and a link back to you.
Do you pay creators?
Not at the moment. What we offer is a bigger audience, a lasting place in the guide and, as venues join, collaboration opportunities.
Will I receive complimentary venue visits?
Not straight away. As venues join, we’ll share suitable invitations with our creators, subject to availability. Gifted visits should be labelled #gifted or #ad.
Do I retain ownership of my content?
Yes. Your content is always yours. You give us permission to feature it, with full credit to you.
Can I choose which content you feature?
Yes. You decide what you share with us, and we only feature what you’ve given us permission to use.
Can I work with other brands?
Of course. Joining our creators does not tie you to us.
Can I ask for my content to be removed?
Yes, any time. Just get in touch and we’ll take it down.
