About this event
A Calm Christmas is a family yoga drop-in at Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool. Christmas can be a lot. This December, join us at the Palm House for a gentle, drop-in family yoga session — creating a pocket of calm amongst the chaos of the festive season.
What to expect:
- Wednesday 23 December, 1–3pm
- Four standalone 20-minute sessions at 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm and 2.30pm, each with a gentle Christmas theme
- Breathing, playful movement, a stretch-to-a-story and guided relaxation
- Suitable for families with children aged 4–11 (younger and older siblings welcome too)
- Bring your own mat, blanket or towel
- Free event, no booking required, drop in; donations appreciated
