About this event
Abbey Tots Service under Gaia is part of the programme at St Albans Cathedral.
An interactive, age appropriate service that welcomes pre-school age children and anyone who cares for them, held in the Nave beneath Gaia, the touring artwork of the Earth.
What to expect:
- Two dates: Thursday 14 January and Thursday 11 February 2027, both at 10am
- Held under Gaia in the Nave, rather than in the Cathedral's usual tots room
- Bible stories, songs, music and prayers, pitched for pre-school children
- A snack for the children and for their teddy bears
- Around an hour and a half, finishing by 11.30am
- Part of the Cathedral's standing Abbey Tots provision, which also runs weekly on Tuesdays
- Baby changing is on the ground floor of the Welcome Centre, and there is buggy parking
