Arty Facts

Arty Facts is part of the programme at Leeds City Museum - a monthly Sunday drawing drop-in built around one object from the stores. "A unique opportunity to look closely at objects from the Natural History collection, whilst trying out fun, experimental drawing techniques."

What to expect:

• Sunday afternoons, 1pm to 4pm: 25 October and 29 November 2026, then 28 February and 28 March 2027
• "This session will feature an object from our Natural History collection, not usually on display."
• "Drop in, no need to book. Suitable for all ages and abilities."
• A different theme each month - the museum lists "October - Halloween" among them
• "Still life drawings depict objects that are ‘still’ and don’t move."
• Leeds City Museum is a Give What You Can venue, so you choose what to pay on arrival
