ASN Ice Skating at Glasgow's Winter Wonderland on the Green

ASN Ice Skating is part of Glasgow's Winter Wonderland on the Green, which runs 20 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.

A quieter skate for people with sensory needs and their families, on the same open-air rink.

What to expect:

• Three dates: Sunday 29 November, Sunday 6 December and 12 December 2026, each at 11.00am
• The ice runs at a reduced capacity with toned-down lighting and sound for a more comfortable skate
• Sessions start promptly on the hour and last approximately 45 minutes
• Skate hire is included in the ticket, sizes 1 to 13, with skate clips for little feet
• "Skating aids are available to hire on the day, subject to availability. These cost from £5.00"
• Under 8s must be accompanied on the ice by someone over 16; under 12s need a parent or guardian over 18 in the skate centre
• Real open-air ice, so wrap up warm; fully accessible for wheelchair users
