About this event
Join us for some outdoor autumn activities this October half term: scavenger hunt, pond dipping, smelly potions, crafts and more! Come and enjoy the colours, textures, tastes and sounds of autumn at our family activity sessions.
What to expect:
- Friday 30 October 2026, 3.00 to 5.00pm; Saturday 31 October 2026, 11.00 to 1.00pm and 3.00 to 5.00pm
- Suitable for children aged 3-10
- £8.50 per child (plus Eventbrite fee, pay in our office to avoid the Eventbrite fee) for a 2-hour session; adults are not charged and entrance to Martineau Gardens is free.
- Family learning: a parent or other adult is required to join in the activity
- Outdoors in the gardens and a gazebo, so dress for the weather
- Hot and cold drinks served (donations welcome) but not food
- Advance booking is essential, via Eventbrite
