About this event
Billy Goats Gruff by Garlic Theatre is part of the programme at the Scottish Mask & Puppet Centre in Glasgow. This is the simple story of three hungry goats and a grumpy old troll, told with a gentle ecological message. Watch out for the dance of the goats, the flying troll and loads and loads of rubbish. Garlic Theatre create a magical world to entrance and delight a young audience. With puppets, live music, storytelling and singing.
What to expect:
- Saturday 20 March 2027 at 11am and 2pm
- Each session lasts about 60 minutes (the centre's listing)
- See the puppets after the show. We travel to Sweden where the troll lives happily under his bridge fishing. Nobody knows he is there because he is so shy.
- Colour-in and cut-out puppet and mask kits in the cafe from one hour before and after the show
- Tickets: Adult £7.95, Child £7.50
