Bookbug at Home-Start West Lothian

Bookbug is Scotland's universal early years book gifting programme and aims to inspire a love of stories, songs and rhymes from birth. West Lothian's Bookbug sessions are free, half-hour-ish gatherings of songs, rhymes and stories for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers and the grown-ups who bring them.

What to expect:

• Every Wednesday at 12pm, during term time only
• Songs, rhymes and stories for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, with their parents and carers
• Held at Cameron House, 15 Fairbairn Road, Livingston EH54 6TS
• Free, and no booking is required
• Sharing stories, songs and rhymes supports children's language, learning and social skills - and it is fun, free and simple
• Runs in school term time only, so check before a holiday week
