About this event
Christmas at the Farm is part of the seasonal programme at Mrs Dowsons Farm Park in Clayton-le-Dale, Lancashire.
The farm turns its barns into Father Christmas's secret headquarters, with elves, Mrs Christmas's kitchen, singing reindeer and a grotto visit, plus the animals and play areas for the rest of the day.
What to expect:
- Eleven dates: 28 and 29 November, then 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19-23 December 2026
- Timed entry from 10:00, last slot 14:00; the farm closes at 17:00
- "This festive adventure is designed especially for children aged 18 months to 12 years"
- The grotto journey runs 45-60 minutes; the ticket covers the farm park all day
- Decorate gingerbread with Mrs Claus, choose a toy from the Toy Factory and make reindeer food
- "Santa's Secret Farm HQ is undercover inside our barns, however, they are unheated so it's important to dress up warm"
- "This event is pre-bookable only" and dates cannot be transferred once booked
