Churchill's Colourful Christmas in the House and grounds at Chartwell

Celebrate Christmas at Chartwell with decorations inspired by Sir Winston Churchill's passion for painting. Discover festive displays that bring to life his artistic journey, from the moment he first picked up a paintbrush to the landscapes, gardens and places that inspired his work.

What to expect:

• 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 on 36 selected dates, from 10:00 to 16:00

• Head to Visitor Centre on arrival.

• Accessible toilet by the Visitor Centre and in the Garden toilets just past the house. There are steps both between rooms and up/down staircases.
