Experience a traditional dance from the Nahua region of La Huasteca in north-eastern Mexico, where Day of the Dead is celebrated as Xantolo. The dance is full of character, humour and energy, traditionally performed in striking masks, and has been specially adapted for all ages.

What to expect:

  • In the Treasure House Theatre on the first floor
  • No dance experience needed: learn a few steps and join in
  • Lively, uplifting music and joyful costumes
