Family Festive Cruise

The Family Festive Cruise is part of the winter programme run by Maid of the Forth from Hawes Pier in South Queensferry.

Maid of the Forth puts on two daytime family sailings at the turn of the year, with its own infant, child and adult ticket bands, alongside the adults' Festive Folk Cruise that sails on the same two evenings.

What to expect:

• Two sailings: Saturday 28 November and Saturday 5 December 2026, both leaving Hawes Pier at 12:15
• A daytime family trip - not the operator's adults' Festive Folk Cruise, which sails at 18:30 on the same two dates
• There is a dedicated 0-4 infant ticket as well as child and adult bands, so babies and toddlers are catered for
• Tickets: 0-4 Infant ticket £8.00, Adult £20.00, child (5-15) £18.00
• "Family discounts are available. We will calculate the cheapest ticket combination where applicable."
• Sails from Hawes Pier at South Queensferry, where all of the operator's trips depart
