Family Workshop: Festive Lantern Making is part of the family programme at The Hepworth Wakefield in Wakefield.
Explore the galleries and discover the bright glowing colours in the Ida Ekblad exhibition, look out for her lanterns and chandeliers, then join the artist team in the Clore learning studio to make your own lantern using festive colours and textured collage.
What to expect:
- Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, Sunday 6, Sunday 20, Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December
- Drop-in 11am to 3.45pm (closed for lunch 1 - 1.30pm)
- Suitable for families with children aged 2 - 12 years old
- FREE with an exhibition ticket
- Children must be accompanied at all times. Maximum of three children per adult please.
- Drop-in, first-come, first-served; families may have to wait to take part at busy times
