About this event
"Christmas at Lappa Valley is much more than a visit to a grotto." From the moment you board the train at Benny Halt, the booking covers the festive journey into the valley, park admission, a visit to Father Christmas and time to play around it.
What to expect:
- Twelve dates: 28 and 29 November, then 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 December 2026
- Your booked train time starts your visit, not your grotto slot - elves call families forward within 90 minutes
- A good-quality, age-appropriate present for every child, plus a cookie and a hot chocolate or squash
- A mince pie and a hot drink for every adult, and a chance to write a letter to Father Christmas
- Unlimited rides on the Christmas Lakeside Railway, plus indoor soft play, Adventure Golf, outdoor play and the Musical Walk
- Arrive 15-20 minutes before your train; return trains run every 30 minutes
- The last train back on Christmas Eve is 2.30pm, when the park closes
- Dog tickets are sold, and include a present
