Following Yonder Star Trail is part of the programme at Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds.
A family friendly trail around the abbey ruins following and finding the many Christmas stars. Starting on the first day of advent. Some stars will twinkle, some will sparkle others will twirl in the wind, all of them will get you in the festive spirit.
What to expect:
- Runs from the first day of advent, Sunday 29 November, to Thursday 24 December (the abbey is closed on Mondays)
- Find the Christmas stars hidden around the abbey ruins
- Suitable for all ages and abilities, in the operator's words
- Included in admission; follow the trail during your visit
- Kirkstall Abbey is a Give What You Can site; its visit page gives a suggested donation of £5 per person
- The café is suggested for a warming hot chocolate to take along
