About this event

Gregory and Peti’s Creature Trail is part of the half-term programme at Canterbury Cathedral, Discover the Beasts of the Bayeux, which runs 24 October to 1 November.

The Bayeux Tapestry features over 750 animals, and this half term young explorers are invited to follow a trail to find creatures hidden in the Cathedral.

What to expect:

  • "Discover hidden creatures depicted in stone and stained glass, as you explore the Cathedral."
  • Runs every day from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November, during opening hours
  • Visitor hours are 10.00-17.00 Monday to Saturday; on Sundays the Cathedral church opens at 12.30
  • "Half term activities are included free with a valid Cathedral Admission Ticket, Cathedral Pass or Friends’ Card."
  • "Kids go FREE every day! (T&Cs apply)" - not for group bookings or school visits
