Ice Skating at Crieff Hydro

Ice Skating is part of Festive Fun at Crieff Hydro, which runs 27 November 2026 to 4 January 2027.

Woolly hats, cosy scarves and winter jackets at the ready as you step onto the ice. With twinkly lights, Christmas music and crisp Perthshire air, the resort's real ice rink on the Bowling Green feels like the set of a festive film.

What to expect:

• Hourly sessions of about 45 minutes; arrive 15 minutes early to be fitted with skates
• Start times vary by date - 10am to 7pm on busy days, from 12 noon or 4pm on quieter ones
• Bowling Green | Tickets from £7.50pp
• Over 3s only, and a minimum shoe size of junior UK 7.5 / EUR 25
• Under 12s must be accompanied by a skating adult
• A few adjustable children's skates exist but must be worn with closed-toe trainers, no wellies
• Skating aids can be booked on the day for £5 each, paid at the hotel
• The rink is covered, so it runs whatever the weather; a Food Hut sits beside it
