Medieval Monster Hunt is part of the programme at Aldershot Military Museum, run by Hampshire Cultural Trust.
Search the museum for four hidden beasts inspired by medieval stories and folklore, from fearsome dragons and cunning goblins to strange creatures that once haunted the imaginations of people hundreds of years ago.
What to expect:
- Runs every day from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026
- The museum's own admission calendar opens all nine days, including the Monday to Wednesday it is usually shut
- Self-guided: find all four monsters and complete your trail sheet before they disappear back into the shadows
- "£3 per Monster Hunter Pack, with a reward on completion"
- Held inside the museum, so a museum admission ticket is needed as well
- "Perfect for families and young adventurers", in the museum's words
