- "£10 per child to visit Father Christmas – which includes entry to The Castle."
- "The Father Christmas experience is recommended for children aged 0-10 years"; "Father Christmas's gifts are suitable from birth"
- Accompanying adults need a ticket too, which covers castle admission; adult members are free
- Arrive 15 minutes before your slot - the castle closes at 4:00pm
- The avenue of Christmas trees, children's activities and seasonal refreshments are on around the castle
