Groudle Glen Railway is a volunteer-run Victorian narrow-gauge line in Groudle Glen, Isle of Man. "Recover from the over-indulgence of Christmas Day and bring the family to the Mince Pie Trains at Groudle Glen on Boxing Day."
What to expect:
- Saturday 26 December 2026, trains run 11am-3:30pm
- A festive train ride and mince pies at Sea Lion Rocks
- Refreshments for everyone included: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice and mince pies, plus a non-alcoholic mulled wine for adults
- Access via Groudle Glen on the Old Groudle Road
- Pre-booking required; tickets are not sold at the railway on the day
- Uneven pathways in a National Glen; direct access for less able visitors can be arranged in advance
