About this event
Mischief in Miniature brings Beatrix Potter’s much-loved tale to life, featuring the mischievous mice Hunca Munca and Tom Thumb. This enchanting experience delights visitors of all ages with miniature scenes inspired by The Tale of Two Bad Mice, alongside imagined antics the pair might get up to at Hill Top.
What to expect:
- Daily 20 September 2026 to 13 December 2026 (85 dates), 10:00 onwards
- Start at the reception in the car park. The welcome team can let you know how many mice there to look for in the house.
- Children welcome
- Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather. You may be asked to leave large bags and umbrellas in lockers to protect the contents of the house.
- Mischief in Miniature is included as part of your house visit and does not cost any extra.
- There is a staircase to get upstairs, and steps down to the toilets in the garden. Paths outside have uneven surfaces. Please call ahead if you have any questions.
- No booking needed
