About this event
Peek Behind the Pages is part of the programme at the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre in Great Missenden. An archive adventure guided by the Head of Collections, for families with children aged 8 and up, with an up-close look at real archive treasures from Matilda, The BFG and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
What to expect:
- Tuesday 27 October at 11am, 12pm and 2pm
- A 30 minute experience in the museum's Reading Room
- Peek at original archive materials, letters and manuscripts, and ask your Roald Dahl questions
- Learn what an archive is and how Roald Dahl's items are looked after
- For age 8 and up; accompanying adults need to pay for a space
- "£5 per person in addition to Museum entry"
- First floor, accessible by lift
