Poppy Pebble Painting for Remembrance

Poppy Pebble Painting is part of the programme at the Army Flying Museum at Middle Wallop in Hampshire. "Join us to paint a poppy pebble to place at our Army Flying Memorial in honour of those brave men and women who have lost their lives in the service of British Army aviation".

What to expect:

• One date: Sunday 1 November 2026, in two sessions — 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm
• Paint a pebble, then place it at the museum's Army Flying Memorial
• "Pebbles and paints are supplied, although you can bring your own special pebble along if you would prefer."
• The pebbles were donated by Hillier Garden Centre
• Falls on the last day of the museum's October half-term week, so the Halloween trail and bat hunt are on the same day
• Indoors, and quiet enough for younger children
• Book your museum visit in advance
