About this event
Santa Claws is part of the Christmas programme at Get To Know Animals in Epping, back for his fourth year. 'As Santa’s Christmas elf leads you up the twinkling, fairy-lit stairs, you’ll hear Santa chatting away to his reindeer and elves, getting ready just for YOU!'
What to expect:
- 28 and 29 November, 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19 to 23 December 2026; 10-minute slots from 10:00 to 16:10
- 'Each magical session with Santa lasts 10 minutes' and takes a maximum of 2 children
- 'A cuddle with a guinea pig or rat during your Santa chat'
- 'A special Christmas gift from Santa himself' and festive treats - chocolate, sweets or a mince pie
- Santa is told your child's name, age and what they have asked for, from a short form filled in at booking
- '£15 per child for a Santa-only visit (no sanctuary entry)' or '£25 for Santa + sanctuary entry (includes 1 adult + 1 child)'
- '100% indoors', but the grotto is up stairs so it is not wheelchair accessible; Santa-only tickets check in at the yard entrance
