Step into a North Pole village filled with Christmas fun, with the return of Santa's Grotto. Little ones make a wish in the enchanted wishing well, pass through the magic door, take part in activities in the Grotto 'shops' and finish at the Penguin Post Office before dedicated time with Santa.

• Timed arrival slots, booked in advance; the daily window changes by date (22 Nov 12:00-13:40; Saturdays and 23 Dec from 10:00 to 17:30; Sundays in Dec 10:00-12:50; most December weekdays 14:00-17:30; 24 Dec 10:10-15:40)
• Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booked time
• Ticket price from £15- £17
• Every child with a ticket gets a collectable penguin soft toy
• Children come with a maximum of 2 adults and stay supervised throughout
• The grotto may be located outside, so dress accordingly
