Santa's Quiet Grotto 2026 at Dobbies Livingston

Dobbies offers its Santa's Grotto experience to children who may have additional needs. Music is switched off, twinkling lights are removed or switched off, fewer families attend each slot, and photos of the grotto are emailed to you beforehand so your children know what to expect.

What to expect:

• Two dates at this store: Friday 4 and Tuesday 8 December 2026
• Pre-booked timed slots only, no queuing on the day; the two dates keep different windows (Fri 4 Dec 14:10-17:30, Tue 8 Dec 09:10-12:30)
• £15 per child
• A journey through the North Pole village: wishing well, magic door, Grotto 'shops' and the Penguin Post Office, then dedicated time with Santa
• Every child with a ticket gets a collectable penguin soft toy, in a presentation bag or not, as you prefer
• Children come with a maximum of 2 adults; the grotto may be outside, so dress accordingly
