About this event
Santa Sleepover is Alton Towers Resort's Christmas programme in Staffordshire, on selected dates from 27 November to 23 December 2026. Families stay overnight in a resort hotel, “take a tour to the North Pole” and meet Santa in his grotto.
What to expect:
- Check-in day brings theme park entry, “A unique visit to Santa’s Grotto in Mistletoe Lane” and a “Live Pantomime”
- Children share their Christmas wishes with Santa and “receive a special gift”
- Check-out day adds “A delicious buffet breakfast”, the waterpark and “9 holes of crazy Extraordinary Golf”
- CBeebies Land is open, with festive live entertainment and characters to meet
- A festive evening meal is included; restaurant reservations must be pre-booked
- Grotto, pantomime and waterpark slots are chosen when you book, not on the day
- “Access will be limited to a reduced, seasonal selection of rides and attractions only”
- Hotels are themed for young families, including the CBeebies Land Hotel and Woodland Lodges
