About this event
The Scarecrow Trail is part of the programme at Milton Country Park in Cambridge. “WE NEED YOUR SCARECROWS!” — the park asks local families and groups to build one, then puts them all along a trail for half term and lets visitors vote.
What to expect:
- 23 October to 1 November 2026; the park says scarecrows will be displayed “from 24th October”
- The park invites families, schools, community groups, clubs and groups of friends to get creative and make a scarecrow
- “visitors will be able to vote for their favourite”
- The winning scarecrow wins a special prize from the park
- To enter, the park asks you to email [email protected] for the details
- Walking the trail needs no booking
- The park has a playground, lakes and the Wild Place to explore alongside the trail
