Beautiful nature reserve created from old gravel pits. The flooded pits—Todd’s Pit and Dickerson’s Pit—have been transformed into stunning lakes with great walking trails, lots of wildlife, and water activities. Highly recommend!

Great place to be for families, kids would enjoy a lot, there are toilets at the entrance, parking as well. I have posted a picture of the parking charges as well. There is a party place and kids play area alongside where adults can do a picnic. There’s a lovely walk too.

What a lovely place for strolling with the family and dogwalks, we visited last Sunday and had a lovely time. Great spaces for disabled which helped us and nice toilets and cafe. We will visit again soon 🥰

It was the most beautiful park I’ve ever visited. Everything had been thought of; it was absolutely lovely. The walking paths and trails were lively and fun. It gave me some happy moments.

Excellent place for walking, cycling, exercising your dog(s), enjoying the wildlife and countryside; fantastic children’s playground, facilities also for axe throwing and laser questing - lovely cafe also dog friendly serving great coffee, snacks and other light refreshments including those for our furry family members! Car parking is not free so ensure you have payment. Also a dog wash at £3.50 for 3 minutes.
