Shadow Art

Shadow Art is part of October Half-Term: Glow In The Dark Week at Leeds City Museum, which runs 24 October to 1 November. "Drop into the main hall between 10am - 12pm and 1 - 3pm to draw with shadows and play with our mini shadow puppet theatre."

What to expect:

• Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October 2026, two sessions a day: 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm
• "Experiment with light and torches to see what artistic creations you can produce."
• "Neon and bright coloured clothing encouraged!"
• "Help us to create a giant landscape backdrop for the owls which will be lighting up during Light Night."
• "Find out which creatures glow in UV light!"
• Drop-in, no booking; Leeds City Museum is a Give What You Can venue
