About this event
Sleeping Beauty is part of the programme at Rutherglen Town Hall. A long-forgotten, fairy-filled kingdom of crowns, curses and chaos, where the wicked sorceress Carabosse has cursed Princess Beauty on her 18th birthday.
What to expect:
- Public performances 12-16 and 18-23 December 2026, at 7pm with 1.30pm matinees
- 9 and 10 December at 9.45am and 1pm are listed by the venue as schools performances
- Fairy Monty and his magical band of sparkles against Carabosse's curse
- Silliness, royal romance, wicked tricks, dazzling songs, cheering, booing and singing along
