Spellbound

Spellbound is part of the programme at Lotherton, the Edwardian hall and estate at Aberford near Leeds. It is made with Breeze Leeds.

"Ten witches. One broken spell. Mend it before winter." A new event to enchant families this Halloween at Lotherton.

What to expect:

• Daily from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026
• "Using your very own 'spellbook', search the estate to find the ten willow arches belonging to each witch - together with the scattered words."
• "Gather all ten to mend the charm back at the great cauldron."
• "An hex-citing adventure for young and old!"
• Self-led across the estate grounds, so it is outdoor walking
• "Included in Admission" - no separate ticket, but Lotherton admission or membership applies
• Lotherton tags it "Family Favourites", "School Holiday" and "Under 5s"
