Great few hours with my 8 year-old son. Couldn't get him to pay much attention to the house (why would he!) but we had a couple of visits to the animals interspersed with the playground and a tractor ride to see the deer. Tractor ride was enjoyable but it's £7 each so soon adds up if there's a few of you. Didn't have any food so can't comment, pizza seemed popular but I think it was £13 for a margharita. Space to eat a packed lunch if your watching the pennies. Would probably do a return visit at some point.

Gardens, woodlands, historic house and wildlife all in one place. Plenty to see and do, and plenty of walks. All facilities needed are on site. Admission fee is reasonable, and even better value if you get an annual ticket, well worth a visit and in a good area for other places of interest.

Went for the Christmas experience was very busy looked around wildlife park which was good didn't go into house due to having a elderly person on a mobility scooter. Didn't go round woodland walk as it was advised by lotherton but what we saw was lovely. Cafe was very busy and a little expensive but admission into lotherton was a good price .would go again

Christmas Experience was superb for the price point. Plenty to do for all ages including the Excellent Wildlife world! Members can go as many times as they like throughout the year & prices for membership are very reasonable.

I took a visit here on Halloween , it was a last minute thing I wasn’t feeling too well but it was lovely. It was a solo trip and brought back some childhood memories on visiting . I was too late for the zoo but the gardens were beautiful and the house and chapel was lovely to walk around. The staff were lovely and chatty too. I loved the Halloween skeletons too
