Spooky Sledmere

Spooky Sledmere is part of the events programme at Sledmere House & Gardens near Driffield, East Yorkshire.

A family-friendly Halloween for October half term: a Halloween trail with clues leading down to the Walled Garden for a pumpkin hunt, spooky activities, and on some days an indoor bird of prey show.

What to expect:

• Daily from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, 10am - 5pm
• Halloween trail and Petrifying Pumpkin Hunt in the Walled Garden, plus spooky activities
• Mon 26 to Sat 31 October: Owl Adventures bird of prey flying show and reptiles in the Barn, with a chance to get up close
• Owl Show timeslots: 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.15pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm (pre-booked)
• Parkland and Gardens only: Adult £12.50, Child (3-16 years) £7.00, Child (Under 3) Free
• With Owl Shows: Adult £14.50, Child (3-16 years) £8.50, Child (Under 3) £4.00
• Carers are free; book carer tickets with the Ticket Office
