Storytelling Zone is part of the programme at People's History Museum in Manchester. It is a Family Friendly space to imagine, play, read and relax, celebrating the power of storytelling.
What to expect:
- Drop in any open day until 31 December 2026, 10am-5pm
- The museum is open Wednesday to Monday, 10am-5pm (closed Tuesdays)
- Spin the dice on the story generator to spark ideas
- Use the emotions mirror to act out feelings with face, body or voice
- Bring stories to life with puppets and props, then share them at a storytelling station
- Suitable for ages 0-10; under 12s must have an accompanying adult
- All materials provided; picnic area in the museum
