The Big Red Mental Health Event marks World Mental Health Day at the Museum of Liverpool.
Join the LFC Foundation Mental Health Team to showcase the importance of positive mental health for everyone, with talks and creative activities for young people and their friends and families.
What to expect:
- Saturday 10 October 2026, 11am to 3pm
- Free drop-in activities: Beat the Clock challenges, Mind Teasers, badge making and Lego kits
- Younger participants can create superhero sidekicks with craft equipment
- Mindful colouring for all ages
- Two 25 minute interactive talks at 12pm and 2pm, suitable for all ages
- Talks are free and drop in for everyone
