The Ghost Train at the Bluebell Railway

Step aboard for a brand-new immersive Ghost Train adventure for 2026, created especially for the Bluebell Railway: a century-old mystery from the night of 31 October 1926, told by characters on the platforms at Horsted Keynes.

What to expect:

• Evenings from 22 October to 1 November 2026; starts and ends at Sheffield Park
• Station opens 4:30pm; gather on Platform One at 6:15pm, train departs 6:30pm, back about 8:25pm
• Roam Horsted Keynes station following clues to a dramatic finale
• Designed for families with older children and adults. Spooky in places but not a jump-scare attraction
• Under 16s with a parent or guardian; no prams, not suitable for babies in arms
• Loud noises, explosions and flashing lights; mostly outside on platforms, so dress warmly
• Costumes welcome, but no masks, hoods or imitation weapons
