About this event
Zippy's Playworld in Chester turns its disco room into a Winter Wonderland for December, with an elf-guided walk through to Santa's grotto and two hours of soft play built into the ticket.
What to expect:
- 16 dates across December 2026: 5-9, 11-14, 16, 17 and 19-23 December
- Make your own reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve while you wait to meet Santa and his elves
- Explore the snowy Winter Wonderland guided by your own Elf, then visit Santa in his cosy grotto by the log fire
- Two hours of soft play are included, and your grotto time is allocated within that session, so there is no queue
- Santa visits are capped: “Santa can welcome a maximum of 6 people into the Grotto at any one time”, children and adults together
- Weekend and school-holiday dates include 3 gifts; off-peak term-time and toddler-session dates include 2 gifts
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated grotto time, because a missed slot cannot be rescheduled
