The Mini Adventure

The Mini Adventure is part of the Christmas programme at Thornton Hall Country Park near Skipton, which runs from 22 November to 24 December 2026.

It is the Yuletide Village rebuilt at toddler pace - shorter, gentler and with its own four dates, rather than the full Adventure squeezed down.

What to expect:

• Monday 7, Wednesday 9, Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December 2026
• "Created especially for pre-school children"
• "Time slots available from 10am – 2pm"
• "The Mini Adventure lasts approx. 70 minutes (plus additional Farm Park and soft play access)."
• Mother Christmas's kitchen, Wishfawn Woods, then Father Christmas - "Group visits with Father Christmas and special gift"
• "After your adventure, enjoy 90 minutes of soft play."
• "Due to the nature of the Mini Adventure, prams and pushchairs cannot be accommodated, but can be left in reception."
• "The Mini Adventure includes theatrical smoke and haze, scents, low lighting, flashing lights, loud noises and snow effects."
