About this event
The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse is part of the programme at the Puppet Theatre Barge, the UK's only floating puppet theatre, moored in Little Venice. These two famous cousins visit each other and both experience exciting new sights and sounds.
What to expect:
- Saturdays 7 and 14 November at 10.30am, 12pm and 2.30pm; Sundays 8 and 15 November at 11am and 2pm (2026)
- A delight for young and old, told with music, songs and rod puppets.
- Running time 45min no interval
- Recommended for age 3–7; not specially designed for under-3s
- The theatre goes dark at times and there is dramatic music, but nothing really scary
- Seats are allocated so no child sits behind an adult
- Opposite 35 Blomfield Road; Warwick Avenue tube is a 3 min walk
