About this event

"Experience an exclusive family visit to see Santa in his festive grotto." Around the grotto, children train as elves: make a wooden toy in the workshop to take home, learn an elf dance, decorate a biscuit and wrap a gift like an elf.
What to expect:
- Saturday 12, Sunday 13, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December 2026
- Grotto meetings 10am-4.50pm on the Saturdays and 10am-2.40pm on the Sundays, ten minutes each
- Elf Academy activities 11am-4pm on the Saturdays and 11am-3pm on the Sundays
- Pin the Nose on Rudolph, a letter to Santa, a festive story and a photo in the sleigh
- A festive trail through the decorated Castle and a walk round the moat to the adventure playground
- "Christmas outfits are welcome!"
- Grotto tickets £18.50 per child and £12 per adult; without the grotto, £10 per child
