About this event
West End Winter Lantern Festival is part of the programme at More Music in Morecambe. "Start your festive season by joining this magical and memorable community celebration in Morecambe’s West End."
What to expect:
- Saturday 5 December 2026: performances from 4pm, procession starts at 6pm
- 4pm: a mini musical from More Music's ensembles inside More Music
- 6pm: lantern procession through the West End led by Baybeat Streetband
- 7pm: Crow and The Oak Tree, an outdoor show with giant animations and dancing crows
- "This is a free event"
- Make a lantern at the free workshops on 28 or 29 November (booking essential)
