- The gallery and garden are open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays, except bank holidays
- "Pick up a free trail sheet from our Children's Corner to begin exploring."
- Free, with no booking - come when you like and take as long as you like
- Designed by Blue Room artists to go with their LUSH gift collection, 'Tis the Season
- "Suitable for all ages", and it takes place outdoors in the Bluecoat Garden
- Café, toilets and accessible toilets on site
