Witches & Wizards Week is part of the programme at Hatfield House and Park in Hertfordshire.
Calling all witches, wizards, and magical creatures! This October half-term, join us for a spook-tacular family Halloween adventure, with a Haunted Forest trail and a hat-decorating workshop.
What to expect:
- Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026
- Haunted Forest Walk in the Woodland Walks, 10:30am-4:00pm (last entry 3:00pm): magical scenes and ghostly surprises made from recycled materials
- Collect hidden letters on your activity sheet to reveal the magic word
- Hat-decorating drop-in workshop in the Riding School with Splodgers, 11:00am-4:00pm
- Ticket includes park entry, the Haunted Forest Walk and one hat workshop
- Paths can be grassy, uneven and muddy, so wear wellies or suitable footwear
- Adult £16, child £8; hat-decorating workshop only £12
- Free parking via George's Gate (AL9 5HX)
